When Turbo's needs became more complicated, there was no one to truly talk it through with. Every purchase became another guess, and generic advice rarely accounted for his size, senior years, sensitivities or Singapore's heat.

What began as sourcing the right gear for one dog became a bigger realisation: pawrents across Singapore were quietly doing the same thing — searching, comparing and hoping they had chosen well.

La Reflecion exists to close that gap with thoughtfully curated gear, real guidance and a community that helps pawrents stop guessing alone.

Turbo is more than our mascot. He is our first teacher and the reason La Reflecion exists.

His small frame, senior years and health quirks changed how we think about fit, comfort, safety and honest guidance. Every challenge he faced became a lesson we could share with another pawrent.

Before a product earns a place at La Reflecion, we assess it through the realities our community faces: small sizing, sensitive dogs, tropical weather and daily city life.

Turbo is our first reference point. When a product is not suitable for him, we use a small trusted tester panel that reflects the dog it was actually designed for.
